I dreamed early on of achieving something greater, something that would lead me far from the streets of my small hometown. At 21, with just $600 to my name, and no English, I embarked on an incredible journey to the United States.
Those early days were full of challenges. I worked various jobs, including valet parking attendant, tour guide, mobile car wash owner, real estate agent, and credit card salesperson. In 2011, Fate presented me with the opportunity of a lifetime: The chance to purchase a boutique boat detailing business in Miami.
It wasn't easy! I worked 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I had loans to pay off and was not generating income yet, so my wife initially supported us.
From those humble beginnings, I transformed that small detailing company into Chamonix Yachts, a titan of the S. Florida marine industry. My company has grown exponentially through sheer grit and relentless perseverance, expanding a staggering 62 times from its original size!
Chamonix Yachts is now one of S. Florida's premier marine centers, with state-of-the-art dockage, expert brokerage services, and comprehensive yacht management solutions. Our marina features an impressive capacity, with 200 in-water slips and 40 dry dock slips.
