Before this work, Sabastian lived a radically different life.
He was a Chinese Mafia boss operating in a world shaped by survival, power, loyalty, and consequences. Incarceration forced him to confront the life he had created and the identity responsible for it.
It also became the place where his future changed.
While incarcerated, Sabastian found his Savior and discovered a purpose greater than survival. Faith opened the possibility of a new future, but redemption required more than a spiritual realization. He had to take responsibility, rebuild trust, establish new standards, and demonstrate through consistent choices that his past would no longer determine who he became.
Today, Sabastian uses the lessons of that transformation to help entrepreneurs, executives, sales professionals, founders, and other ambitious leaders examine the relationship between their word, identity, and results.
